How often should I get PRP?

Here are some general guidelines for common applications
PRP is often done in a series of treatments spaced 3-4 weeks apart. Commonly, three to four sessions may be scheduled initially, with maintenance treatments every 4 to 6 months.

How long do the effects last?

1.Consultation
we will assess your medical history, discuss your specific concerns or conditions, and determine if PRP therapy is suitable for you.
2.Blood Draw
A small amount of your blood (usually around 10-50 ml) is drawn from your arm, similar to a routine blood test but we will put ice or numbing cream to minimize the pain from injection.
3.Centrifugation
The drawn blood is placed in a centrifuge, a machine that spins rapidly to separate its components. This process isolates the platelet-rich plasma from other blood components. It takes 10 mins.
4.Extraction of PRP
After centrifugation, the PRP, which is rich in platelets and growth factors, is extracted from the blood.
5.Preparation for Injection
Anesthesia (if needed):
Local anesthesia (Cream or ice) may be applied to the treatment area to minimize discomfort during the injection.
6.Injection
We us every little needle (about hair size) to apply PRP into the skin.
7.Post-Injection Care

How do I take care of myself after PRP?
PRP is a minimally invasive procedure using a small needle, requiring minimal post-care.
If bruising occurs, avoiding alcohol can help expedite healing without affecting the results.
If there is swelling or discomfort, you can apply a cold compress or ice pack to the injection site
Makeup or face washing can resume after 3-4 hours once the injection site has closed.
